Not sure if it was just a busy week or what, but my order showed up later than I expected. It did arrive eventually though, and everything seemed fine once I got it.

I really like a lot of the designs, but every time I go to order something, the size I need is either gone or completely sold out. Restocks seem to take forever too, which makes it kind of annoying when you’re actually ready to buy. The site itself is easy enough to use, I just wish they kept more items available. It’s disappointing because I want to love shopping here, but it leaves me feeling let down...

I reached out about my order and didn’t get much help at all. the replies took forever and most of them felt like the same copy pasted message. I had to keep explaining the same thing over and over, which got really annoying. frustrating experience overall, and I don’t think I’d order from them again

I don’t know, something about it just feels off to me. The listing and wording all sound a bit too polished in that company-speak way, which makes me trust it less. Not saying it’s definitely fake, but I’m not fully convinced it’s authentic.

I don’t know, I was expecting it to show up way sooner. Kept checking the tracking, nothing really changed for days. Then more waiting. By the time it finally got here, I was already annoyed. Probably won’t order again.

I was a little worn out from dealing with another return, but this one wasn’t too bad. The exchange itself was easy enough, it just took a bit longer than I hoped. In the end, everything got sorted.

I do like the overall vibe of the clothes. The designs are clean, the colors are easy to wear, and the site was simple enough to browse, like finding sizes, checking photos, adding stuff to the cart, all that was straightforward. I could see wearing a few pieces for casual weekends, coffee runs, travel days, or even just working from home.
The only thing is the prices feel a little high for what you’re getting. The quality isn’t bad or anything, but for the price I expected a bit more, like thicker fabric, nicer stitching, softer material, maybe better packaging, little details like that. It’s the kind of stuff that looks good, but when you compare it to other brands, basics at the mall, online shops, or even sale racks, it starts to feel a bit expensive.

I’d probably buy again if there was a decent sale or discount code. Like if a hoodie, shirt, jacket, or pair of pants was marked down, I’d be way more tempted. At full price though, it’s harder for me to justify, especially when there are so many other places selling similar clean, minimal, everyday clothes.

I ordered a hoodie and the tracking was useless for a while. It sat on “label created” for days, so I had no idea if it had actually shipped or if my package was just sitting somewhere. I started getting worried I was going to be out the money or have to deal with a lost order. Customer service did respond, which I appreciated, but they didn’t really give me any info I couldn’t already see. The package finally started moving and the hoodie itself is fine, but the whole ordering process was way more stressful than it needed to be.

I’ve bought a few hoodies online before that looked good in pictures but felt cheap in person, so I was ready to be a little disappointed, but this one was actually better than I thought it would be.

The fabric has a nice weight to it, thick enough to feel like good quality but still soft and comfortable. The stitching looks clean too, which I noticed because I’m weirdly picky about loose threads after getting a hoodie once that started unraveling near the sleeve. I’ve washed it a couple times already with my regular laundry, and it didn’t shrink or come out fitting weird.

The fit was true to size for me, which was a relief because returning things is one of those little errands I always put off for no reason. Overall, no real complaints at all. It’s just a solid hoodie, comfortable, well made, and I’d definitely buy another one.

I went with my normal size because I figured, you know, hoodie = easy fit, but that shortcut definitely failed me here. It was tight around the chest and weirdly long in the arms. The material seemed decent enough, so I don’t think it’s a quality issue, but the sizing just felt off. Having to return it was more annoying than I expected too.

I found what I needed quickly. The layout followed the kind of pattern I usually look for, so I didn’t have to click around guessing where things were. Nice and easy to use.

I like it, the design feels kinda fresh and cool. Has a clean look to it and the style is nice.

My box showed up crushed, and the shirt inside was dusty too?? Not really what I expected when opening a new item.
